The Director’s personal workload was immediately reduced, but at the same time work was processed more quickly and efficiently. This resulted in billing time being shortened, leading to improved cashflow. Clients were happier and service levels were significantly improved. Additionally the profit margins on the work being outsourced were known from the start and became much higher than previously achieved. Staff were happier as there was less stress in the practice and the Principle enjoyed the benefits of running a more profitable, happy, business.
