Issues

The practice was growing and found itself stretched beyond capacity with the resources they had in place. The practice were apprehensive about using outsourcing as they had tried it previously, with an alternative provider, and found that the cost savings were insufficient to justify this method of working.

Solution

To transfer the more routine and time consuming aspects of our accounts preparation to Affinity. This freed up the core UK team to become client focussed again. The team no longer felt they were in “fire fighting” mode due to the level of new work coming in. We now had the confidence to accept new work as we were confident we could service it.

Outcome

Outsourcing is working extremely well allowing the practice to take on as many new clients as they can. Turnaround time on jobs has significantly decreased providing a higher quality service to clients and turnover, profit margins and client numbers have all improved dramatically.
