Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, partnerships, and market opportunities.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to support lead-generation strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all findings.
- Assist the BDM with presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Create thought leadership articles & reports.
- Handle client data with professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Skills:
- Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Exceptional English fluency, written and spoken.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about business development in financial sector.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA, Master’s in Economics/Statistics, or relevant postgraduate studies is an added advantage.
