Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances professionally.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team for effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to promote a healthy and engaging work culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and coordinate training and development programs.
- Report to the Director and participate in client meetings, driving HR initiatives and business objectives.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing HR teams and working with senior leadership.
- Highly organised, able to handle multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Organisational Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Development (HRD) is a plus.
- BBA / B. Com graduates with strong HR specialisation or certifications may also be considered.
- Candidates pursuing MBA in HR can apply.
- Advanced HR certifications, or Talent Management diplomas, are highly preferred.
- Specialised training or certification in Labour Laws, Payroll Management, HR Analytics, or Performance Management Systems is an added advantage.
