Bookkeeper
You handle day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate ledgers, reconcile accounts, manage invoices and payments, and ensure all records are up to date and well-organised.
Overview
As a bookkeeper, you will manage all day-to-day financial transactions, including recording sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. You will maintain accurate ledgers and journals, reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts, and track accounts payable and receivable.

Ahmedabad / Baroda / Hybrid / Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoices, payments, and collections.
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
- Maintain accurate general ledger and supporting financial documentation.
- Use cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Capium, DEXT, AutoEntry, QuickFile, TaxFiler, FreeAgent etc.) for real-time financial data management.
- Apply bookkeeping/accounting knowledge with awareness of regulatory compliance.
Required Skills:
- 2–4 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficient in cloud accounting software’s and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and VAT/sales tax compliance.
- Good English Communication skills.
- Skilled in preparing financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and supporting month-end closing.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity in handling financial data.
Preferred qualifications:
- B. Com / M. Com in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (preferred).
- Inter CA / CA Pursuing candidates can apply.
- ACCA (completed or pursuing) is an added advantage.
- MBA in Finance (completed or pursuing) can apply.
- Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance is beneficial.
