Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and market opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen lead-generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, and pipeline updates for forecasting.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials for the BDM.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and campaigns for smooth client engagement.
- Handle client information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Skills:
- Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in the financial/mortgage sector.
- Able to prioritise and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (completed or pursuing) is preferred.
- Any additional Marketing related courses will be added advantage.
