    • Once you’re set up, we’ll always be on hand for advice or support.

    Team setup

    • You’ll get a dedicated account manager and team leader in India.
    • We’ll introduce your team to your key staff so you can start building that working relationship right away.
    • No need to change how your practice works – we’ll use your existing working papers and processes, so your staff don’t need retraining.
  • Software setup

    • We work with all major accounting software and have strict data security protocols in place.
    • All client data is stored on secure servers and never leaves the country.
    • Our IT team will set up a secure access link to your systems and give you access to our tracking software so you can monitor job progress anytime.

    Service kick-off

    • Together with your account manager, we’ll agree on the type of work, turnaround times, and fees.
    • Your first set of jobs will be transferred securely to our servers and assigned to your team.
  • Service delivery

    • Your account manager checks all records before work begins.
    • Jobs are then processed by your dedicated team in India, with your team leader overseeing the work.
    • A senior reviewer checks everything before it’s sent back to you. If changes are needed, we’ll update and resubmit promptly.

    Reporting

    • You’ll get access to our tracking system through our bespoke Client Portal, to see job progress at any time.
    • Plus, we’ll send you weekly reports showing job status, expected return dates, and overall workflow, helping you manage client expectations with confidence.
