Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new business opportunities with B2B partners and key accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations and structure strategic, long-term deals.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyse competitor activity and market trends to spot new opportunities.
- Prepare business cases for new revenue ideas and present to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior BDMs and assistants, providing guidance and best practices.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience (financial services/mortgage/fintech preferred).
- Strong English fluency with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
- Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strategic mindset with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, International Business, or Management.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or International Business is highly preferred.
- PGDM in Sales/Marketing/Business Development can also be considered.
- Certifications in Sales Management, Business Development Strategies, CRM Tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), or Lead Generation are an added advantage.
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, or International Trade is a plus.
- MBA ongoing candidates with relevant experience can also apply.
