Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal details.
- Support recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, documentation and HR policy communication.
- Monitor attendance and leave systems and assist in resolving related queries.
- Collect and provide data for payroll processing.
- Handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Support training sessions, employee engagement activities, and prepare basic HR reports.
Required Skills:
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles; fresh graduates with relevant internships or training are welcome.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and employment laws is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred qualifications:
- BBA / B. Com graduates with an interest in HR can also apply.
- PGDM in HR or equivalent diploma is an advantage.
- MBA HR pursuing candidates can also apply.
