Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule content aligned with the Group’s marketing strategy.
  • Monitor performance metrics and refine strategies for improve engagement.
  • Write and publish blogs, articles, and client communications.
  • Manage email campaigns, newsletters, and client retention materials.
  • Apply SEO best practices and support website updates.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Develop and support referral programs and client advocacy initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years Marketing experience with Solid understanding of marketing principles.
  • Exceptional English fluency, written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Creative, organised, and proactive.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and data-driven decisions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Mass Media, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • MBA in Marketing, Media Management, or Brand Management is highly preferred.
  • PGDM in Marketing / Advertising / Digital Media can also be considered.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Marketing, SEO/SEM, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, HubSpot, or Analytics are an added advantage.
  • Candidates with specialised diplomas in Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Market Research are preferred.
  • Master’s in Mass Communication (MMC) or Marketing Analytics is a plus.
  • Ongoing MBA or marketing specialisation studies can also apply, depending on experience.
